The 3rd of February,
Eficiens and Google France welcomed about sixty Directors of French and
foreign Tourist Boards to present Google tools and their benefits
towards their destination's visibility.
The initial half-day seminar scheduled was not enough to cope with the strong interest generated, therefore Eficiens and Google opened a second session to allow everyone to take part. Enrique Nadal, Director of the tourism section of Google France, opened the seminar - explaining why the Internet cannot be ignored in tourism. Then, two professionals from Google France introduced the Adwords tool in details. Following Google, Sofia Toulali, Web Development Manager at the Paris Tourist Board, shared her experience as an Adwords client. Her dynamic presentation was fully adapted to the audience' issues and helped identifying how the Internet is taken into account in a Tourist Board's communication strategies. Finally, Francis Mahut presented Eficiens offers for Tourist Boards.
